The scope of Adriano Felgueiras’ Quality System!

Working for several years in the sector, Adriano Felgueiras decided, in 1997, to take an essential step in his professional career and embark on his own business, forming a partnership with his wife, Paula Felgueiras.

Thus, was born Adriano Felgueiras – Sociedade de Construções, Lda., a public and private construction company whose main activity focuses on the execution of reinforced concrete structures (formwork, iron, and concrete).

The scope of Adriano Felgueiras’ Quality System is:

• Execution of structures and concrete elements.
• Execution of reinforced concrete.
• Assembly of formwork.

The Quality Management System consists of a set of documents that fall into four levels, hierarchically distinct from the document structure:

• Quality Management Manual: Describes the organization and the Quality Management System
• Processes: Describes the organization and identifies the resources that transform inputs into outputs
• Work Instructions: Describes how to perform tasks
• Specific Documents: Support the activities of the Quality Management System
